Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused.
  • Please note, customers are responsible for the delivery cost of their returns.
  • A return delivery fee will be deducted from your original form of payment after the refund is processed.

Exchanges

  • You have the option to exchange your item for a different size or a different product.
  • Follow the return instructions mentioned above and then proceed to place a new order for the desired item.

Items Excluded from Return and Exchange

  • Sale and final sale items, including purchases made with promotional discount codes or discounts applied at the time of purchase.
  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, as cash refunds are not feasible.
  • Earrings are exempt from return due to hygienic reasons.

Faulty Items

  • We thoroughly inspect all items prior to dispatch, but in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
